Winter is Quickly Approching!

Ready to List Your Home?

Here are several tips that won’t cost a lot, but can make a big difference during showings.

  • Pre-listing Inspection– Eventually your buyers are going to conduct a home inspection. You may as well know what they are going to find by getting there first. Having an inspection performed ahead of time helps in many other ways

  •  Clean up the outside– It’s the first thing buyers see.  You never get a second chance to make a first impression.

  •  Touch up the interior– A fresh coat of paint or cleaning dirty carpet can really change the overall appearance of the  inside.

  •  Replace bathroom and kitchen fixtures that are leaking– People will notice a leaking or worn-out faucet. By replacing these items, you will give a new look to the room.

  •  Get rid of any bad smells -Cigarette odors or the smell of pets is a huge turn-off for most buyers, even if they don’t bother you.
